However, we understand that preferences can be as diverse as the flavors in our blends. If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, here's our Returns Policy to ensure your complete satisfaction:
1. Return Eligibility
We happily accept returns on unopened bags of coffee within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging.

If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@badasscoffeeclub.co.uk. Our dedicated team is here to assist you and will guide you through the return process, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
3. Return Process:
Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refund or Replacement:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. In the case of a replacement, we will dispatch a new bag of coffee promptly.
5. Shipping Costs:
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exception for Freshly Roasted Coffee:
Given the nature of our freshly roasted coffee, we believe it's highly unlikely that you won't enjoy it. However, if you find yourself dissatisfied, we are committed to making it right. Reach out to us, and we'll work with you to find a solution that ensures your coffee experience meets your expectations.
